Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted plain almonds
  • 6 cups water

Directions

Step 1

Soak almonds overnight in 3 cups of water.

Step 2

Drain

Step 3

Place almonds in 3 cups fresh water

Step 4

Using juicing screen in Omega Nutrition Center, ladle almonds and water into juicer

Step 5

Add more water for thinner milk - optional
