This mineral powerhouse once again prepares the body for rest and loads it up with minerals to rebuild the tissues while you sleep.
- 1 green apple (cored)
- 1 medium Parsnip (or substitute 2 carrots)
- 5 stalks of asparagus
- 1 handful of arugula
- ½ lemon (rind removed)
- Optional: 3 drops of stevia liquid or another half apple
Wash all produce
With an Omega juicer, process all ingredients.
