For the evening juice, blended greens are heavily alkalinizing and packed with minerals and nutrients to rebuild the body after a day of deep cleansing.

Ingredients

  • Handful of alfalfa sprouts
  • 3 large Romaine Lettuce leaves
  • Handful of Parsley (any kind)
  • Half Lime (green rind removed)
  • 1 packed cup fresh Spinach leaves
  • 1 Green Apple (cored)

Directions

Step 1

Wash all produce

Step 2

With an Omega juicer, process all ingredients.

Step 3

Pour into your glass and enjoy!
