We call this the Green Jacket because (1) it’s green and (2) we created and tested it the same weekend as The Masters Golf Tournament. If you’re new to juicing and or not yet keen on the green juice taste, bump up the amount of fruit compared to veggies. As you get more used to the taste of greens, we encourage an 80/20 ratio (80% vegetables, 20% fruit).


  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Pear (maybe 2 pears for some people)
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 Celery Stalk
  • 1/4 Cantaloupe
  • 4 Kale Leaves
  • 1/2 Inch of Ginger Root


Step 1

Wash all produce well.

Step 2

Scoop cantaloupe out of rind and cut into cubes.

Step 3

Juice all ingredients in an Omega juicer

Step 4

Pour into a glass. Stir. Enjoy!
