  • 1 cup of oats (not instant)
  • 6 cups water


Step 1

Soak oats overnight in 3 cups of water in the refrigerator

Place oats in 3 cups of fresh water

Step 4

Using the juicing screen in the Omega Nutrition Center, ladle oats and water into the juicer

Step 5

Add more water for thinner milk - Optional
