Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Peaches (pits removed)
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup rolled Oats
  • 1/2 a frozen Banana
  • 1/4 cup fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Directions

Step 1

Add all ingredients to your Omega Blender

Step 2

Once blended, let it sit for 5 minutes to soak the oats and chia seeds

Step 3

Blend until smooth

Step 4

Serve and enjoy!
