This is a fun, simple juice yet it still packs a powerful cleanse! Grapefruit contains a powerhouse of Vitamin C, carotenes, anti-oxidants and minerals.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole grapefruit rind removed (or substitute 2 oranges with rind removed)
  • 1/4-1/2 red beet
  • ½ lime (green removed)
  • Optional: half-inch of ginger

Directions

Step 1

Wash all produce

Step 2

With an Omega juicer, process all ingredients.

Step 3

Pour into your glass and enjoy!
