Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried organic Soy Beans
  • 6 cups of Water
  • dash of Salt
  • 1/2 tsp of Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of Agave or other sweetener
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

Step 1

Soak soy beans overnight in 3 cups of water

Step 2

Drain and place soy beans in 3 cups of fresh water

Step 3

Using the juicing screen in the Omega Nutrition Center, ladle soy beans and water into the juicer

Step 4

*If you would like the milk thinner add more water

Step 5

Transfer the milk to a pot on the stove and bring to a boil

Step 6

Reduce the heat to low and simmer 25 minutes

Step 7

Skim off and discard any foam and filmy layers

Step 8

Remove from heat, flavor with salt, vanilla extract, agave, and cinnamon

Step 9

Mix and enjoy!
