Ingredients
- 2 stalks Asparagus
- 1 Green Apple
- 1/2 or 1 whole Lemon (rind removed)
- 1/2 Cucumber
- handful of Parsley
Directions
- Put all ingredients into your Omega Juicer
- Strain the juice and dilute with equal parts filtered water
- If not fasting, you can consume this juice unstrained
