Ingredients

2 stalks Asparagus

1 Green Apple

1/2 or 1 whole Lemon (rind removed)

1/2 Cucumber

handful of Parsley

Directions
  • Put all ingredients into your Omega Juicer

  • Strain the juice and dilute with equal parts filtered water

  • If not fasting, you can consume this juice unstrained
