Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 5 leaves kale
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 cups of spinach
- 2 collard or chard leaves (collards will make it less bitter)
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
Directions
- If you have a low setting on your juicer, juice the cucumber and spinach then switch over to the 'high' setting and juice remaining items but the lemon
- When complete, add lemon juice, stir and enjoy!
