Go Go Greens by Leanne Vogel of Healthful Pursuit This 100% veggie juice will rock your day. It has three times the vitamin A and C that you need, all in one glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 5 leaves kale
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 2 collard or chard leaves (collards will make it less bitter)
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon

Directions

  • If you have a low setting on your juicer, juice the cucumber and spinach then switch over to the 'high' setting and juice remaining items but the lemon
  • When complete, add lemon juice, stir and enjoy!
