Ingredients

1 cucumber

5 leaves kale

1 inch ginger

2 cups of spinach

2 collard or chard leaves (collards will make it less bitter)

Juice from 1/2 lemon

Directions
  • If you have a low setting on your juicer, juice the cucumber and spinach then switch over to the 'high' setting and juice remaining items but the lemon

  • When complete, add lemon juice, stir and enjoy!
