Ingredients
- 4 Cups Spinach
- Cucumber
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro (about 1/2 cup lightly packed)
- 1/2 head Collards or Chard (about 6 leaves)
- 1/2 bunch Parsley (about 1 cup lightly packed)
- 1/2 Lemon
Directions
- If you have a low setting on your juicer, juice all items in the recipe but the lemon juice
- When complete, add lemon juice, stir and enjoy!
