4 Cups Spinach


1/2 bunch Cilantro (about 1/2 cup lightly packed)

1/2 head Collards or Chard (about 6 leaves)

1/2 bunch Parsley (about 1 cup lightly packed)

1/2 Lemon

  • If you have a low setting on your juicer, juice all items in the recipe but the lemon juice

  • When complete, add lemon juice, stir and enjoy!
