Ingredients

1 green apple (cored)

1 medium Parsnip (or substitute 2 carrots)

5 stalks of asparagus

1 handful of arugula

1/2 lemon (rind removed)

Optional: 3 drops of stevia liquid or another half apple

Directions
  • Wash all produce,With an Omega juicer, process all ingredients

  • Pour into your glass and enjoy!
