Ingredients
- 3 large carrots (unpeeled
- 1 green apple (cored)
- 1/2 large sweet potato or yam (substitute: any orange squash
- 1/2 cucumber (unpeeled)
- 1/2 inch of ginger root (unpeeled
- Optional: cinnamon and nutmeg sprinkled on top when serving
Directions
- Wash all produce and peel
- With an Omega juicer, process all ingredients
- Pour into your glass and enjoy!
