3 large carrots (unpeeled

1 green apple (cored)

1/2 large sweet potato or yam (substitute: any orange squash

1/2 cucumber (unpeeled)

1/2 inch of ginger root (unpeeled

Optional: cinnamon and nutmeg sprinkled on top when serving

  • Wash all produce and peel

  • With an Omega juicer, process all ingredients

  • Pour into your glass and enjoy!
