Blueberry Mango Bok Choy Smoothie

1 cup Blueberries

1 Mango

peeled and pitted

1 medium Carrot

cut into 1 inch pieces

3 cups chopped Bok Choy

1 tbsp Cacao Powder

8 oz unsweetened Almond Milk

  • Wash all produce well

  • Blend all ingredients in an Omega Blender

  • Enjoy!Tip: Pre-make your smoothie

  • Wash produce well and dry

  • Then peel, remove pit of and cut mango into smaller pieces

  • Next cut carrot into 1 inch pieces

  • Store all ingredients except cacao powder and almond milk into a freezer safe container (like a zip-lock bag or freezer safe Tupperware)

  • Remember to label your smoothie container
