Ingredients

  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp pure Maple Syrup
  • Cinnamon Stick
  • for garnish

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in your Omega Blender
