Ingredients
- 2 Coconuts (We recommend Young Coconuts as the meat is softer. )
- 3 cups filtered Water
Directions
- Pierce the eyes of the coconuts with a knife and drain coconut water into a bowl.
- Set coconut water aside. It is not needed for this recipe.
- Split the coconuts.
- Spoon the coconut meat from the husk.
- Add the coconut meat and the filtered water to a bowl and stir.
- Ladle coconut meat and filtered water into your juicer and juice.
- Refrigerate any leftovers.
