Ingredients

6 Ounces Light Rum

2/3 Cup Cream of Coconut

2 Cups Pineapple

3 Cups Ice

2 Tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

Pineapple Fans and Maraschino Cherries for Garnish Are Optional

Directions
  • Remove the rind of the pineapple, core, and cut into chunks.

  • Add all ingredients to your blender, ice last.

  • Blend and pout into glass.

  • Garnish is optional.
