Ingredients
- 6 Ounces Light Rum
- 2/3 Cup Cream of Coconut
- 2 Cups Pineapple
- 3 Cups Ice
- 2 Tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- Pineapple Fans and Maraschino Cherries for Garnish Are Optional
Directions
- Remove the rind of the pineapple, core, and cut into chunks.
- Add all ingredients to your blender, ice last.
- Blend and pout into glass.
- Garnish is optional.
