1/2 cup fresh Red Grapefruit Juice

1 cup Lacinato Kale

1 Apple (cored and chopped)

1 cup chopped Cucumber

1/2 cup chopped Celery

4 tbsp Hemp Hearts

1/4 cup frozen Mango

1/2 cup fresh Mint Leaves

1/2 tbsp virgin Coconut Oil

3-4 Ice Cubes

  • Using your Omega Juicer, juice half of a large red grapefruit

  • Then add the 1/2 cup grapefruit juice to your Omega Blender

  • Next add the remaining ingredients and blend on high until super smooth

  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
