Maple Cinnamon Cashew Milk

Serves: 2-4
Maple Cinnamon Cashew Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 2 cups of filtered water (for soaking)
  • 3 cups of filtered water (for juicing)
  • 4 tsp of maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  • Soak cashews overnight in 2 cups of water
  • Drain
  • Place cashews in 3 cups fresh water
  • Using juicing screen in Omega Nutrition System or Vertical Juicer, ladle cashews and water into juicer
  • Add more water for thinner milk - optional
  • Stir in maple syrup and cinnamon.
