Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 2 cups of filtered water (for soaking)
- 3 cups of filtered water (for juicing)
- 4 tsp of maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Soak cashews overnight in 2 cups of water
- Drain
- Place cashews in 3 cups fresh water
- Using juicing screen in Omega Nutrition System or Vertical Juicer, ladle cashews and water into juicer
- Add more water for thinner milk - optional
- Stir in maple syrup and cinnamon.
