1 cup cubed Pineapple

2 cups cubed Papaya

1/2 tsp fresh grated Ginger

1 cup Spinach

4 oz Coconut Milk

  • Wash all produce well and dry

  • Add all ingredients to your Omega blender

  • Blend until smooth

  • Serve and enjoy!

  • Tip: Pre-make your smoothie! Store all pre-washed ingredients except coconut milk in a freezer safe container. Remember to label your smoothie container. When ready to enjoy, blend all ingredients with coconut milk.
