Ingredients
- 2 ripe Peaches (pits removed)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup rolled Oats
- 1/2 a frozen Banana
- 1/4 cup fresh Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp Honey
Directions
- Add all ingredients to your Omega Blender
- Once blended, let it sit for 5 minutes to soak the oats and chia seeds
- Blend until smooth
- Serve and enjoy!
