Peach and Oatmeal Smoothie

2 ripe Peaches (pits removed)

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

1/4 cup rolled Oats

1/2 a frozen Banana

1/4 cup fresh Orange Juice

1 tbsp Honey

  • Add all ingredients to your Omega Blender

  • Once blended, let it sit for 5 minutes to soak the oats and chia seeds

  • Blend until smooth

  • Serve and enjoy!
