Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat Chocolate Milk
  • 1/2 cup low-fat Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 8 oz low-fat Vanilla Yogurt

Directions

  • Place banana in freezer and freeze until firm (about 1 hour)
  • Remove from freezer and let stand 5 minutes,Combine banana and remaining ingredients in your Omega Blender,Blend until smooth and serve immediately
  • Enjoy!
