Ingredients

1 cup sliced ripe Bananas

1 cup 1% low-fat Chocolate Milk

1/2 cup low-fat Vanilla Frozen Yogurt

2 tbsp Peanut Butter

8 oz low-fat Vanilla Yogurt

Directions
  • Place banana in freezer and freeze until firm (about 1 hour)

  • Remove from freezer and let stand 5 minutes,Combine banana and remaining ingredients in your Omega Blender,Blend until smooth and serve immediately
