Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced ripe Bananas
- 1 cup 1% low-fat Chocolate Milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 8 oz low-fat Vanilla Yogurt
Directions
- Place banana in freezer and freeze until firm (about 1 hour)
- Remove from freezer and let stand 5 minutes,Combine banana and remaining ingredients in your Omega Blender,Blend until smooth and serve immediately
