Ingredients

1 cup almond milk

1/2 cup chilled pumpkin puree

1 ripened frozen banana

1/4 cup ground flax seeds

1/8 cup plain yogurt

2 tbsps cream cheese

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

dash of ground nutmeg

dash of ground ginger

Crushed walnuts and whip cream (optional)

Directions
  • Blend all ingredients (except walnuts and whip cream) into your Omega blender until smooth

  • Pour in glass & top with whip cream and crushed walnuts

  • Serve and Enjoy!
