Ingredients

1 cup dried organic Soy Beans

6 cups of Water

dash of Salt

1/2 tsp of Vanilla extract

1 tsp of Agave or other sweetener

1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions
  • Soak soy beans overnight in 3 cups of water

  • Drain and place soy beans in 3 cups of fresh water

  • Using the juicing screen in the Omega Nutrition Center, ladle soy beans and water into the juicer

  • If you would like the milk thinner add more water

  • Transfer the milk to a pot on the stove and bring to a boil

  • Reduce the heat to low and simmer 25 minutes

  • Skim off and discard any foam and filmy layers

  • Remove from heat, flavor with salt, vanilla extract, agave, and cinnamon

  • Mix and enjoy!
