Ingredients
- 1 cup dried organic Soy Beans
- 6 cups of Water
- dash of Salt
- 1/2 tsp of Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of Agave or other sweetener
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
- Soak soy beans overnight in 3 cups of water
- Drain and place soy beans in 3 cups of fresh water
- Using the juicing screen in the Omega Nutrition Center, ladle soy beans and water into the juicer
- If you would like the milk thinner add more water
- Transfer the milk to a pot on the stove and bring to a boil
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer 25 minutes
- Skim off and discard any foam and filmy layers
- Remove from heat, flavor with salt, vanilla extract, agave, and cinnamon
- Mix and enjoy!
