NOTE: We only ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • All "AIR" orders placed after 12pm EST will ship the next business day.
  • Deliveries are made and processed on business days. For example, a Friday order with an overnight delivery will arrive on Monday.
  • If "ship to" and "bill to" addresses do not match, there will be a 48-hour delay on processing.

CANADA orders

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for payment of these fees.

  • Out for delivery The shipment is in your area and will be delivered soon.

  • Status Unavailable We apologize for being unable to display an order status at this time. Please check back soon or contact customer service for assistance.

Can I add or remove an item to the order I recently submitted?
