  • Shipping charges are based on the total weight of packaged merchandise shipped to each address.
  • All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply to some items due to large size or location.

Which shipping methods are available?

  • All orders shipped to US addresses within the 50 states may be shipped via Standard/Ground service, Second Day service (2 business days), or Next Day service (1 business day).
  • At specific promotional times, Omega may offer free ground shipping on juicers and blenders.

Where does Omega ship?

  • At this time, Omega only ships directly to US addresses within the 50 states, and to Canada. Omega is unable to ship to international addresses.
  • We do not ship to APO/FPO post office boxes and P.O. Box Addresses.
  • For International options, please visit the International page to find a distributor in your region.

Returns

For home/personal customers

Return Policy for U.S. and Canadian Customers: We offer a 30-day return policy. Our commitment to your satisfaction is OMEGA’s priority. Please call the Omega office Toll-Free number 1-888-610-0498 for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before sending the product back. The customer is responsible for the non-refundable pre-paid shipping back to Omega. Credit for return will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment.

Omega is not responsible for items returned without authorization. Product returned without an RMA or returned to its Distributors and/or Dealers under the auspices of warranty, freight damage or other issues and with the expectation of receiving a credit, replacement, and/or payment for the same without prior review and authorization from OMEGA, The Legacy Companies or Greenfield WorldTrade is strictly prohibited and will become the sole responsibility of the party authorizing the action.

Prior to returning a Commercial Use product, please fill out our Contact Form. Omega is not responsible for items returned without authorization.

For INTERNATIONAL customers

Please contact the local dealer or retailer where you purchased your Omega machine for its return policy details.
