All-things orange, this smoothie is loaded with vitamins A and C, which are great for boosting the immune system and preventing illness. Ginger and turmeric add an anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer boost to this tropical delight that’s sure to be a fan favorite!

Ingredients
- 1.5 ripe frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 2 medium carrots
- 1/2 to 1 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger root
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder or root
- optional: 1/2 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
Directions
- Wash all produce thoroughly.
- Place all ingredients in an Omega Blender and blend until smooth.
