Clean Green Protein Smoothie

2 ripe frozen bananas

2 kiwis

1 Granny Smith apple

3-4 lacinato kale leaves

1 cup spinach

1 tablespoon flax seeds

1/2 tablespoon barley grass juice powder

3/4-1 cup water or plant-based milk

optional: 1/2 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder

optional: 1 cup ice (for thicker consistency)

  • Wash all produce thoroughly.

  • Place all ingredients in an Omega Blender and blend until smooth.

  • Serve & Enjoy!

Greens are alkaline in nature and help to reduce acidity and lower inflammation in our bodies. Flax seeds add an excellent source of healthy Omega-3 fatty acids and fruit is loaded with antioxidants and helps to improve the overall flavor profile!
