Clean Green Protein Smoothie

Greens are alkaline in nature and help to reduce acidity and lower inflammation in our bodies. Flax seeds add an excellent source of healthy Omega-3 fatty acids and fruit is loaded with antioxidants and helps to improve the overall flavor profile!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe frozen bananas
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 3-4 lacinato kale leaves
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon barley grass juice powder
  • 3/4-1 cup water or plant-based milk
  • optional: 1/2 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • optional: 1 cup ice (for thicker consistency)

Directions

  • Wash all produce thoroughly.
  • Place all ingredients in an Omega Blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
