Greens are alkaline in nature and help to reduce acidity and lower inflammation in our bodies. Flax seeds add an excellent source of healthy Omega-3 fatty acids and fruit is loaded with antioxidants and helps to improve the overall flavor profile!

Ingredients
- 2 ripe frozen bananas
- 2 kiwis
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 3-4 lacinato kale leaves
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon barley grass juice powder
- 3/4-1 cup water or plant-based milk
- optional: 1/2 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
- optional: 1 cup ice (for thicker consistency)
Directions
- Wash all produce thoroughly.
- Place all ingredients in an Omega Blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve & Enjoy!
