Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted plain almonds
  • 6 cups water

Directions

  • Soak almonds overnight in 3 cups of water
  • Drain
  • Place almonds in 3 cups fresh water
  • Using juicing screen in Omega Nutrition Center, ladle almonds and water into juicer
  • Add more water for thinner milk - optional
