Ingredients

1 cup of oats (not instant)

6 cups water

Directions
  • Soak oats overnight in 3 cups of water in the refrigerator

  • Drain

  • Place oats in 3 cups of fresh water

  • Using the juicing screen in the Omega Nutrition Center, ladle oats and water into the juicer

  • Add more water for thinner milk - Optional
