Apple Crisp Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 apples cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 pitted medjool date
  • 1 cup of ice

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in your Omega Blender until smooth
