Ingredients
- 1 cup Coconut Water
- 1 cup Kiwi (peeled & cut in half)
- 1 - 2 Kale leaves (stems removed)
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain Yogurt
- 1 tsp minced fresh Ginger
- 1 tsp Honey
- pinch of Salt
- 1 cup Ice cubes
