1 cup Kiwi (peeled & cut in half)

1 - 2 Kale leaves (stems removed)

1/2 cup low-fat plain Yogurt

1 tsp minced fresh Ginger

1 tsp Honey

pinch of Salt

1 cup Ice cubes

  • Blend all ingredients in your Omega(R) blender until smooth and creamy
