Green Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 cup Kiwi (peeled & cut in half)
  • 1 - 2 Kale leaves (stems removed)
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain Yogurt
  • 1 tsp minced fresh Ginger
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • pinch of Salt
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in your Omega(R) blender until smooth and creamy
  • Serve and Enjoy!
