Ingredients

Drippings from Turkey Pan

1/4 cup Flour

1 tbsp Fresh Thyme

4 cups Turkey Broth (Chicken Broth can be substituted)

1 clove Garlic

1 roasted Shallot

1 roasted Carrot or Parsnip

Salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions
  • Blend all ingredients in an Omega Blender until smooth

  • Pour gravy into a saucepan and bring to a boil

  • Reduce heat & simmer until gravy has thickened

  • Additional salt and pepper if needed
