Ingredients
- Drippings from Turkey Pan
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
- 4 cups Turkey Broth (Chicken Broth can be substituted)
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 roasted Shallot
- 1 roasted Carrot or Parsnip
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in an Omega Blender until smooth
- Pour gravy into a saucepan and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat & simmer until gravy has thickened
- Additional salt and pepper if needed
