Warm Apple, Pear & Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm almond milk
  • 1 Bartlett pear
  • cored and sliced
  • 1 McIntosh apple cored and sliced
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 •À__" chunk fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • •À__ tsp cinnamon
  • •À__ tsp turmeric
  • sprinkle of nutmeg (optional)

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in Omega Blender on high 5-7 minutes until hot & steaming
  • Pour into mug and sprinkle with nutmeg (optional)
