Ingredients

2 cups pineapple peeled

1” knob ginger

(Optional) Handful wheatgrass chopped

1 cup mango unpeeled

1 cup cantaloupe peeled

1 piece lemongrass or lemon or lime juice to taste

Directions
  • Cut up ingredients to fit chute.

  • For lemongrass, cut off the root end, peel the tough outer leaves off, and cut away the top part of the stalk.

  • Use the bulb section (pale and fleshy) to juice.

  • Process in order listed.
