Eggless Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Semolina Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Warm Water

Directions

  • In a large bowl combine flour and salt, then add water (add more if too dry) and mix until well combined.
  • On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for approximately 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
  • Form dough into a ball and wrap in towel or plastic wrap. Let rest for 20 minutes.
  • With an Omega Nutrition System, remove the juicing cone and replace with the blank homogenizing cone. Add your preferred pasta nozzle to the end cap.
  • Unwrap dough and separate into sections small enough to fit into your juicer’s hopper.
  • Run dough through juicer to extrude pasta noodles and cut to desired length.
