2 Stalks of Celery

1 Handful of fresh spinach leaves

1 Wedge of Cabbage

1/4 Cup Cubed pumpkin.

  • Wash all produce well

  • Cut pumpkin into cubes after removal from rind

  • Juice in an Omega Juicer!
