Ingredients

1 cup chopped kale

4 sprigs fresh parsley

1 cup green tea

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup green grapes

Directions
  • For juicing leafy greens, wash, roll along the stem into a long cylinder and feed into juicer

  • With an Omega Juicer, process kale, broccoli, parsley and grapes

  • Once juice process is complete, whisk in a glass together with green tea

 

This juice is an excellent source of Vitamin A and chlorophyll. Leafy greens are also good sources of Vitamin C.
