This juice is an excellent source of Vitamin A and chlorophyll. Leafy greens are also good sources of Vitamin C.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 4 sprigs fresh parsley
- 1 cup green tea
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup green grapes
Directions
- For juicing leafy greens, wash, roll along the stem into a long cylinder and feed into juicer
- With an Omega Juicer, process kale, broccoli, parsley and grapes
- Once juice process is complete, whisk in a glass together with green tea
