Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 Cup Frozen Banana
  • 1 Cup of Yogurt
  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

Directions

  • Wash all produce.
  • Add all ingredients to your blender.
  • Blend and enjoy!
