Ingredients
- 2 Cups Chopped Kale
- 1 Large Apple
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1/2 Lemon (Juice Only)
- 3/4 Cup Plant Based Milk
- 1 Tsp Maple Syrup
- 4 Ice Cubes
Directions
- Wash all produce.
- Core the apple and cut into quarters.
- Add all ingredients into your blender, ice last.
- Blend and enjoy!
