Kale Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Chopped Kale
  • 1 Large Apple
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Lemon (Juice Only)
  • 3/4 Cup Plant Based Milk
  • 1 Tsp Maple Syrup
  • 4 Ice Cubes

Directions

  • Wash all produce.
  • Core the apple and cut into quarters.
  • Add all ingredients into your blender, ice last.
  • Blend and enjoy!
