Pecan Milk

1 cups raw unsalted pecans

4 cups water (for soaking)

4 cups filtered water

¼ tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp Korintje cinnamon powder

½ tsp almond extract

  • Soak pecans in a covered bowl with 4 cups of water overnight.

  • Drain. In a new bowl, place pecans in 4 cups of fresh filtered water & stir.

  • Ladle pecans and water into juicer.

  • Optional: Repeat process with pulp and additional water for more flavor and a creamier texture.

  • Flavor with salt, vanilla, Korintje cinnamon powder, and almond extract.

  • Stir and enjoy!
