Ingredients
- 1 cups raw unsalted pecans
- 4 cups water (for soaking)
- 4 cups filtered water
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp Korintje cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp almond extract
Directions
- Soak pecans in a covered bowl with 4 cups of water overnight.
- Drain. In a new bowl, place pecans in 4 cups of fresh filtered water & stir.
- Ladle pecans and water into juicer.
- Optional: Repeat process with pulp and additional water for more flavor and a creamier texture.
- Flavor with salt, vanilla, Korintje cinnamon powder, and almond extract.
- Stir and enjoy!
