1/2 cup Pumpkin puree

1 1/4 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1 tbsp black-strap Molasses

1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1 tsp fresh Ginger

1/2 tsp Vanilla

1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon

pinch of Nutmeg

pinch of ground Cloves

3-4 cubes of Ice

Pecan pieces for topping

  • Blend all ingredients in your Omega(R) blender until smooth and creamy

  • Top with pecan pieces
