Pumpkin Gingerbread Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp black-strap Molasses
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp fresh Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
  • pinch of Nutmeg
  • pinch of ground Cloves
  • 3-4 cubes of Ice
  • Pecan pieces for topping

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in your Omega(R) blender until smooth and creamy
  • Top with pecan pieces
  • Serve and Enjoy!
