Pumpkin Spice Latte with Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows

Pumpkin Spice Latte with Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin Spice Syrup:1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1 cup Water
  • Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows:3 packets unflavored Gelatin
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cup light Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/3 cup Pumpkin Spice Syrup (made previously).Pumpkin Spice Latte:2 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup (made previously)
  • 1 cup fresh black Coffee
  • 1/3 cup 2% Milk
  • hot and frothy.Garnish with Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows (made previously)

Directions

  • Pumpkin Spice Syrup:Combine the water and sugar in a small saucepan on medium heat
  • Once the sugar has completely dissolved, add: pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice
  • Boil for 5 minutes, stirring frequently
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool completely
  • Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows: In your Omega Blender, blend 1/2 cup of water and gelatin on low speed setting
  • In a medium saucepan over high heat combine the sugar, 1/2 cup of water, light corn syrup, and salt
  • Bring to a rolling boil and allow to boil for one minute, stirring constantly
  • Add the hot sugar from the saucepan to the water and gelatin in the blender
  • Blend until the mixture's size has doubled and is white and fluffy
  • Pour the mixture into a buttered 9x13 pan, then drizzle with pumpkin spice syrup and drag a knife through making an "s" to create a marble appearance
  • Allow to sit, uncovered overnight
  • Dust with powdered sugar and slice with a butter knife into cubes
  • Pumpkin Spice Latte:In a large coffee mug, add the pumpkin spice syrup, followed by the fresh black coffee
  • Slowly mix in the hot milk and top with milk froth and diced marshmallow cubes
  • Enjoy!
