Pumpkin Spice Latte with Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows Serves: 2 Share Share on Facebook Tweet Tweet on Twitter Pin it Pin on Pinterest Print This Page Ingredients Pumpkin Spice Syrup:1 cup Sugar 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree 1 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Ginger 1/4 tsp Nutmeg 1/4 tsp Allspice 1 cup Water Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows:3 packets unflavored Gelatin 1 cup Water 2 cups Sugar 1/2 cup light Corn Syrup 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt 1/2 tsp Vanilla 1/3 cup Pumpkin Spice Syrup (made previously).Pumpkin Spice Latte:2 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup (made previously) 1 cup fresh black Coffee 1/3 cup 2% Milk hot and frothy.Garnish with Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows (made previously) Directions Pumpkin Spice Syrup:Combine the water and sugar in a small saucepan on medium heat Once the sugar has completely dissolved, add: pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice Boil for 5 minutes, stirring frequently Remove from heat and allow to cool completely Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows: In your Omega Blender, blend 1/2 cup of water and gelatin on low speed setting In a medium saucepan over high heat combine the sugar, 1/2 cup of water, light corn syrup, and salt Bring to a rolling boil and allow to boil for one minute, stirring constantly Add the hot sugar from the saucepan to the water and gelatin in the blender Blend until the mixture's size has doubled and is white and fluffy Pour the mixture into a buttered 9x13 pan, then drizzle with pumpkin spice syrup and drag a knife through making an "s" to create a marble appearance Allow to sit, uncovered overnight Dust with powdered sugar and slice with a butter knife into cubes Pumpkin Spice Latte:In a large coffee mug, add the pumpkin spice syrup, followed by the fresh black coffee Slowly mix in the hot milk and top with milk froth and diced marshmallow cubes Enjoy!
