Ingredients

1 cup All Purpose Flour

1 Egg

beaten

2 TBSP Water

1/2 TSP Salt

Directions
  • In a large bowl, combine flour and salt

  • Make a well in the middle of the flour/salt mixture, then add egg

  • If dough is too stiff, then add water

  • With an Omega Nutrition System, change the juicing cone for the blank cone, choose preferred pasta nozzle

  • Put dough through chute and cut noodles to preferred length
