Berries are notoriously high in antioxidants, which help to fight free radicals in the body. Chia provides a fantastic source of healthy Omega-3 fatty acids and an added boost of energy. Cinnamon is known for it’s anti-inflammatory properties and mint leaves add a refreshing flavor to this nutrient-dense drink! Serve in a bowl topped with fresh berries for a healthy "ice cream" like treat!

Ingredients
- 1 ripe frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup plant-based milk or water
- 1 tablespoon chia
- 1 teaspoon açaí powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- optional: 2 mint leaves
- optional: 1/2 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
Directions
- Wash all produce thoroughly.
- Place all ingredients in an Omega Blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve in a glass as a smoothie or pour into a bowl and top with fresh berries for a smoothie bowl.
