Ingredients

1 Can (25-29 Ounces) Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)

3 Tablespoons Tahini (Sesame Seed Paste)

2 Cloves Garlic

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin or To Taste

4 Tablespoons Cold Water

1/2 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Juice of 1 Lemon

1 Pinch of Kosher Salt

1 Pinch of Black Pepper

Garnish with a Drizzle of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Garnish with a Dash of Smoked Paprika

Garnish with Chopped Parsley

Directions
  • Drain and rinse the Garbanzo Beans.

  • Peel the garlic.

  • Add all ingredients to your blender except the extra-virgin olive oil.

  • While blending slowly pour in the extra-virgin olive oil.

  • Transfer hummus to a bowl and add your garnishes.

  • Enjoy!
