Ingredients
- 1 Can (25-29 Ounces) Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)
- 3 Tablespoons Tahini (Sesame Seed Paste)
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin or To Taste
- 4 Tablespoons Cold Water
- 1/2 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 Pinch of Kosher Salt
- 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
- Garnish with a Drizzle of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Garnish with a Dash of Smoked Paprika
- Garnish with Chopped Parsley
Directions
- Drain and rinse the Garbanzo Beans.
- Peel the garlic.
- Add all ingredients to your blender except the extra-virgin olive oil.
- While blending slowly pour in the extra-virgin olive oil.
- Transfer hummus to a bowl and add your garnishes.
- Enjoy!
