Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients
- 1 Jar (12-15 Ounces) Roasted Red Peppers
- 2 Large Cloves Garlic
- 1/3 Cup Packed Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 Slice Firm White or Whole Wheat Bread
- 1/4 Cup Fruity Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Capers
- 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
Directions
- Drain the jar of roasted red peppers.
- Peel the garlic.
- Tear the bread into pieces.
- Drain the capers.
- Add all ingredients into your blender.
- Blend and Enjoy!
