Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Jar (12-15 Ounces) Roasted Red Peppers
  • 2 Large Cloves Garlic
  • 1/3 Cup Packed Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1 Slice Firm White or Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1/4 Cup Fruity Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Capers
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)

Directions

  • Drain the jar of roasted red peppers.
  • Peel the garlic.
  • Tear the bread into pieces.
  • Drain the capers.
  • Add all ingredients into your blender.
  • Blend and Enjoy!
