Ingredients

1 Jar (12-15 Ounces) Roasted Red Peppers

2 Large Cloves Garlic

1/3 Cup Packed Fresh Basil Leaves

1 Slice Firm White or Whole Wheat Bread

1/4 Cup Fruity Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Capers

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)

Directions
  • Drain the jar of roasted red peppers.

  • Peel the garlic.

  • Tear the bread into pieces.

  • Drain the capers.

  • Add all ingredients into your blender.

  • Blend and Enjoy!
