Ingredients
- 1 Can (28 Ounces) Whole Tomatoes
- 1/2 Jalapeño Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro Leaves
- 1 Small Onion
- 1 Small Clove Garlic
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Fried Oregano
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
- Drain the can of tomatoes.
- Remove the seeds from the jalapeño.
- Cut the onion in half.
- Peel the garlic.
- Add all ingredients into your blender.
- Blend and Enjoy!
