Salsa Roja

Ingredients

  • 1 Can (28 Ounces) Whole Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Jalapeño Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro Leaves
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 Small Clove Garlic
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Fried Oregano
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

  • Drain the can of tomatoes.
  • Remove the seeds from the jalapeño.
  • Cut the onion in half.
  • Peel the garlic.
  • Add all ingredients into your blender.
  • Blend and Enjoy!
